Our Program

Coastal Explorers Summer Camp is a 100% outdoor, hands-on Summer Nature Camp for children ages 6–12, running from Monday - Friday throughout the entire month of July. Set within the natural landscape of Tide View Preserve, the environment itself becomes a place for discovery, learning, and growth.

Our program is built around small-group experiences that encourage curiosity, movement, creativity, and real-world skill development. Campers engage in nature exploration, conservation awareness, survival skills, pottery, and daily art and music, learning by doing and building confidence, resilience, and a deeper respect for the natural world.

In a time when many children spend more hours indoors and on screens, Coastal Explorers offers something essential: meaningful time in nature paired with thoughtful guidance. This balance supports physical activity, problem-solving, social connection, and emotional well-being.

With a low camper-to-counselor ratio and trained outdoor staff, children are supported in a safe, engaging environment where they can explore freely, collaborate with peers, and form meaningful connections—with nature and with each other.
